**Our pricing is based on our Prosecco-only package, which includes a steady flow of delicious, high-quality Prosecco for your event. If you’d like to add a touch of flair with our Prosecco-based cocktails, we’d be happy to create a bespoke package for you. Just let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll provide a tailored quote to suit your needs!** Bar Service Details: Pre-Paid bars allow hosts to pre-purchase a set number of drinks or a specific monetary amount behind the bar. Once this amount is reached, you can top it up or convert to a Cash Bar. Standard Hire Fee: from £580 This fee includes: All necessary licensing Professional bar staff Disposable glassware All Prosecco and/or Cocktails (we will discuss this and relevant quotes will be sent) 3-hours of service Pre-Paid Drinks as discussed Refundable Security Deposit: £500 Payable 1 month prior to the event. Fully refundable after the event, assuming no breakages or damages occur. Additional Hours: Extra hours can be added at a supplement. Booking and Cancellation Policy: Upon booking, the hire fee is payable in full. Cancellations are not permitted once booked. No refunds will be issued for cancellation (except under 'exceptional' circumstances). Payment for Drinks: A pre-paid amount will be paid initially, meaning guests won't initially have to pay. This amount can be topped up as needed or converted to a Cash Bar - it's up to you. Minimum Spend: £1000*. If not met, clients will be charged accordingly. Payment required at the end of the event. (*This amount is dependent on the initial amount paid upfront). Event Duration: The session duration selected will be the actual event time, do not select the time you want us there to set-up. Additional setup (2 hours prior) and takedown (minimum 1 hour after) will be accounted for. Note: Please specify the desired start time for guest service. Prices are based on the Prosecco only option. If you wish to have Cocktails also, we can discuss this and a new quotation will be sent to you.
